A TV series adaptation of James Patterson’s novels about the complex and brilliant detective Alex Cross
Hodge is the third actor to portray Cross, following in the footsteps of Morgan Freeman, who first portrayed him on screen in the 1997 film Kiss the Girls and Again. In the sequel to the 2001 film Along Came a Spider; and Tyler Perry as the title character in the 2012 film Alex Cross, which bombed at the box office and caused Lionsgate to cancel a previously planned sequel to Double Cross.

About the story I really enjoyed the series and have been a fan of Ald ever since. My biggest dislike is the dark cinematography.

Every scene was dull and hazy. I soon found myself occasionally spewing a large haze…
They can be out with blue skies at noon and still find a way to make it dull

I’ll refrain from spoiling the ending either, but it kind of went off the rails and then tried too hard to tie up every possible loose end…I’d even say it was cheesy at times.
