Narrative
Helen embarks on a passionate affair with a man who has no idea what her secret identity is. Caught in the crosshairs when her lover falls victim to London’s dangerous underworld, Helen’s employer calls in Sam to protect her. Bingo, the owner of the guitar shop where Sam gets his guns, is played by Rat Scabies, a member of the classic punk band The Damned.
It starts off really well
It’s one of those run-of-the-mill entertainments where you can’t really fault the acting and the production values are almost impeccable. You think you’re about to be sucked in and seduced by a sophisticated spy thriller. But John Le Carré isn’t.
Instead, you soon realize it’s neither serious nor funny
As is often the case these days, the problem is the lack of story. There are quirky characters and really characters with all the charm and conversational intelligence we expect from psychopaths. They might be related to Eve from Killing Eve, but they’re poor cousins and don’t really fit the psychopath DNA legacy scale.

It’s a comic book-style spy thriller with a story that relies on a thin plot and frequent action scenes to fill in the blanks. Sadly disappointing, it could have been really good.. "One Hundred Years of Solitude" is one of the biggest TV and streaming premieres this month.
