After the events of The Batman (2022), Oz Cobb aka The Penguin makes a play to take control of Gotham’s criminal underworld. Colin Farrell and Cristin Milioti talk about how they became the characters during the production of “The Penguin”. Colin Farrell fought hard to get his version of The Penguin to smoke in The Batman (2022), but failed.
Wow The Penguin is simply awesome
The DC Studios logo is placed in a rainy Gotham alley. The umbrella falls and the logo changes to Warner Bros. -logo Featuring Graham Norton and guests: Lady Gaga/Demi Moore/Colin Farrell/Richard Ayoade/Jack Savoretti (2024).
The biggest surprise was Cristin Milioti as Sofia Falcone
Everyone knows what a great actor Colin Farrell is, but he is unrecognizable here as The Penguin. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him up for a few award nominations for his role here. I wasn’t too sure when I heard he was cast, he’s a good actor but he didn’t think the role was for him.
I was wrong
She’s every bit as good as Farrell in this and makes you think that Sofia Falcone is the real Penguin rival. I also wouldn’t be surprised if he was nominated for some awards for his role here. This is not your show.
